Since I drastically changed my
user info layout, this post is to be used as an intro post/help clean out the information on it.
Name: Vanja
Location: Somewhere in that rather large and geography-impaired country which most of the world dislikes.
Zodiac: Scorpio/Snake/Reed, and while I don't place any stock in that, I'll never cease being amused by how I ended up with the two zodiac signs more frequently given negative interpretations.
Ancestry: Russian, an assortment of Arab nationalities, Finnish, Azerbaijani, Chinese, French... I'm a mutt, in other words. ;X

Personality: As much as I'd like to pretend modern psychology can't categorize us so, the INTJ type is remarkably accurate. "Coming off as confident, but with a fear of rejection," "not naturally good at expressing feelings and affections," "very determined people who trust their vision of the possibilities, regardless of what others think," and "tends to hide a part of themselves."
After people have known me for awhile, they always tell me I come off as intimidating at first. I'm sorry if that's the case; I promise I won't bite your head off!
Music: Anything (except rap, country, and mindless!pop). See: Last.Fm
Food: TEA. Generally, most Mediterranean and Asian foods. This section is only here because the world needs to know my love affair with tea.
Job/College situation: Money. I don't have it. So, I'm took a year off before starting college next semester. Take several part time jobs, accumulate more money so I won't dive headfirst in debt.
I'm officially majoring in anthropology because I'm irrational with an unhealthy interest in history and other cultures. However, at the same time I'll be trying to meet the requisite for Pre-Law because I secretly am a rational, albeit idealistic, person who likes money and yelling across the room.
A few things to consider:
-I'm very opinionated and there's little I enjoy more than friendly debates. I think the longest comments I've ever made have been political based (and you may call me "the crazy commie Muslim terrorist from Mars" if that gives you any idea which part of the spectrum I lean towards), but I never have any intention of offending.
-It's best not to take everything I say/type seriously. Or at least at not at face value. (See the quoted comment above and the bit about yelling across the room.)
-Fandom = Not srs business, especially when it comes to pairings. Really, since it's fiction it's never truly going to happen anyway.
-I usually do friend cuts once I get above 40 people. I prefer to have a smaller list, and if there's no interaction or even one-sided interest, what's the point in keeping someone?

Some of those are... really surprising, and don't seem to fit together at all. That makes me sound like an intellectual dominatrix who will snap at you for mixing the art supplies with the books and whips... and then proceed to cry in the corner about it since I am apparently really sensitive, woe. (Disclaimer: I am not what I just described and the above quiz is possibly inaccurate in areas.)
